You’ve felt frozen, stuck, and fearful for a long time now. And while you’ve been able to manage—the people around you might not even realize how much you’ve been struggling—it’s starting to spill over into the other parts of your life. You know things can’t keep going this way.

Maybe you’re realizing the disconnect between your mind and body. You lose track of time and space out for long periods of time, and it’s impacting your ability to work and get things done.

Your relationships might be suffering. You struggle to set boundaries that honor your own wants and needs, bending over backward to be accepted and keep the peace.

Our experiences (especially stressful ones) can impact us for far longer than we realize, and if you’re here, it’s probably because you’re ready to no longer feel controlled by those things. If you are an aviation crewmember or a member of the military, you might be noticing this showing up not just at work, but everywhere in your life. You’re ready to get healthy, to find yourself again, and to wake up each day rested with a sense of purpose, joy, and even…hope.

HOW I WORK

The foundation of my practice is total nonjudgment. You are welcome to bring anything into the room with me and never have to worry about being shamed, criticized, or judged. It’s only when you feel truly safe can you begin to experience the life change that therapy can provide, and I want to offer that to you.

I’m not here to tell you what to do—rather, I’m here to work with you. Together, we’ll begin to rediscover who you are, process your past experiences and their impacts, and help you move toward the kind of life you really want.

I am trained in multiple trauma-informed methods, including EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting, which helps to address unhealed shock and trauma. We’ll work together to tailor your therapy experience with the strategies and approaches that fit you, your needs, and your goals.
